How did you hear about us?*

All freight must be delivered to a commercial location that can accept a 53’ trailer that can safely maneuver and unload. Drivers deliver to tailgate (end of truck) only. Dealer is responsible for off-loading and any damage that occurs off the truck. Complete inspection of all deliveries is required before signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt will indicate a complete shipment with no shortages or damage unless duly noted. Receipts signed “Subject to Count” are not accepted.

Orders are only accepted and processed once 100% of the payment has been received. All orders are final. There are no refunds except for defective product, and Premium Choice has the option of replacing damaged product and not providing any refund.
